Planning:• Participate in policy and strategy development meetings on malaria• Lead the malaria team in preparation of annual work plan on malarial• Support higher management in decision making and future planning Implementation:• Responsible for overall implementation of the program• Responsible for administrative and financial management of the program• Timely recruitment, training and deployment of manpower• Ensure quality assurance of malaria services and effective communication• Supervise implementation of MIS system (i.e data collection, reporting and feedback)• Ensure smooth supply of drugs and logistics Supervision and coordination:• Facilitate periodic visits by M & PDC, BRAC, WHO, GFATM and other stakeholders.• Supervise all activities implemented in the field Reporting and dissemination:• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual programmatic and financial report of PR BRAC and disease specific report to M & PDC• Ensure half yearly and yearly report to PR-BRAC and M& PDC• Ensure any other reports to PR-BRAC and M & PDC

• Accountant solely responsible for financial management of MCP• Make liaison with fund disbursement authority/DONOR• Prepare fund disbursement plan as agreement• Ensure maintenance of all books of accounts as per project need and agreement at both central and field level• Organize/co-ordinate procurement and logistic issues• Review all monthly expenditure provide feed back to project manager/upazilla manager and supervisor• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial report and submit to PR-NGOs• Support/co-operate PRS/internal and external auditor for audit purposes• Organizational financial audit accomplish all financial related activities as per need and necessity• Ensure all salary payment through person’s account• Any other activities as assigned by the authority time to time for the greater interest o of the project.
