Foreign Procurement for All plant's requirements (R. materials, chemicals, machines spare partsAnd the related import logistics activities.• Inventory levels follow up by using the ERP system on daily basis.• Contribute in MPM (Master Plan Meeting), Bi weekly meeting with General ( plant -Planning – production) managers, to decide the required raw material for the next period . • Receive the purchasing requisitions from other depts. For spare parts.• Follow up the prices of raw material on daily basis.• Coordinate and Execute chemicals orders & negotiate prices with Global sourcing team.• Send RFQ, inquiries, to the suppliers.• Make the required procedures to fulfill the purchasing requisitions according to Purchase procedures . • Make analysis for the offers and choosing the best.• Negotiate the best prices & the best service terms with the suppliers.• Issue the purchasing orders.• Follow up the suppliers to secure on time delivery.• Optimizing the freight cost and services.• Collect offers from the forwarders to choose the best and make the booking. • Follow up the situation with the forwarders and the suppliers to update the pipe line on daily basis.• Follow up with the supplier to secure receiving the correct original documents to avoid any delay.• Prepare the required documents along with the original documents to be stamped from the bank.• Follow up the payment with the financial dept.• Send the documents to the customs broker and follow up with them till the goods’ arrival• Keep the accurate documentation cycle.• Prepare accurate reports and discuss with purchasing manager to global sourcing team.• Suppliers’ performance monitoring and annual evaluation.
