After graduating from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Architecture Department of Architecture in 1998, Mr. Ismail OZCAN, has completed his post-graduate studies at Istanbul Technical University Institute of Science and Technology Department of Architecture, Building Design Programme.After working in Izmir based Erdil Construction Co.’s architectural design department and on company’s different building sites, Mr. OZCAN continued his professional career at Yapi-Endustri Merkezi in Istanbul beginning by 1999, until June 2004, taking over different jobs within the company.Leading his own architectural office beginning by the second half of 2004, Mr. Ismail OZCAN has completed some architectural designs, interior designs and constructions, stand designs and erections until the end of 2006. During the same period, he has been the representative and distributor of some companies' building materials, in Izmir.Mr. OZCAN worked for Yapi-Endustri Merkezi (The Building Information Centre) as the deputy general manager of the company, beginning by 2007, Mr. OZCAN has played a key role at the restructuring of company’s printed and digital publications, e-commerce and marketing&sales departments.Mr. OZCAN has been the general manager of SINE Trade Fairs Inc., a company of CNR Holding between 2012 and 2013 to design new fairs like EMLAK - Real Estate and CNR Book Fairs.Lastly, Mr. OZCAN worked for Turyap Holding. He was the deputy general manager of Turyap Yapi San. ve Tic. A.S., having the responsibility of corporate investor relations of Ankara Golfkent project, the sales/renting of the real estates that are existing in the portfolio of corporates and he was managing the international relations.In 2019, after leaving Turyap at the end of March, Mr. OZCAN, had worked for Cathay Group, as the deputy general manager responsible for marketing, sales and business development of the group.Mr. OZCAN has now consultancy and realtor services for real estate, architecture and construction. In this manner he is the executive board member of GMK Group, which has investments in real estate, energy & fuel stations and technology.Mr. OZCAN is also the founding president of GAPAS - Gayrimenkul Pazarlama ve Satış Profesyonelleri Derneği (Association of Real Estate Marketing and Sales Proffessionals) which was founded recently in May 2020 by Mr. OZCAN and a group of his colleagues. Mr. Ismail OZCAN published a book named "Emlakçı Mı Olsam?" in October 2018.
