General Account• Perform month end and year end closing activities. Coordinate with client to ensure smooth, timely and accurate closure of accounts.• Ensure month end closing tasks are executed in a timely manner in accordance with established work procedures, also meet SLA timeline. • Lead/supervise analysts and solve their queries on every complicated tasks.• Perform journal posting, provision/accrual, create and maintain cost center or internal order.• Responsible for fixed asset related create asset, asset settlement, and asset capitalization.• Perform fixed asset month end closing with run depreciation and depletion.• Assist and support internal and statutory audits.• Assist and initiate in process improvements and project implementations.• Support new and junior team members through proper knowledge transfer, sharing resources, knowledge, and experience. Management Reporting• Perform management reporting activities in line with quality standard and on schedule including data collection, data processing, reporting generation and business analysis for Averis and client specifically.• Prepare for upcoming reporting including updating/adjusting report templates and maintaining in case of changes in reporting or business operation.• Collect relevant data and analyze relevant financial data and identify significant different, provide initial basic commentary on reports and individual figures.• Preparation of Benchmark, BS aging and COGS report according to agreed SLA.

General Account• Perform general accounting day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.• Maintain general ledger account codes, internal orders, cost centers and profit centers on client inputs.• Execute month end closing tasks in accordance with work instructions and month end closing schedule.Account Receivable• Process AR invoices, advance posting, posting with clearing, inter company tasks on daily basis request.• Cooperate with client for the reconciliation, debit or credit note and any agreed offsets.• Prepare bank reconciliation and provide unclear open items in clearing account to client.• Perform any urgent request received and engage with any queries by client.Analyst Account Payable - Payment• Check and generate auto payment in SAP as per agreed weekly payment schedule or daily urgent payments.• Perform block and unblock vendor or invoices as per treasury team request.• Perform vendor or employees clearing for reconciliation in SAP as per treasury team request.• Provide proof of payment to treasury team monthly or as per specific request.Cash management• Involve in CM daily activities: cash book update, bank statement posting, daily reconciliation.• Extract data and prepare CM weekly report to find pending transaction in AR and AP. • Perform monthly CMOA in the SAP for bank statement posting .• Create bank key as per request from finance team.• Update exchange rate into SAP on daily basis.

Experienced doing all audit processes and understand different account and financial recognitions with different type of industries such as clinics, manufacturing and restaurants.
