My major role is to plan, design and implement the IT Systems, Networks, Voice and Database infrastructure to ensure the stable, reliable and efficient operations of the organization services and IT assets. My other duties are also to make sure, proper maintenance, support and optimization is performed for all existing and forth coming IT assets which includes Hardware, Software & Communications.Responsibilities:• Design and implement strategic plans to meet existing and future requirements• Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure policies and procedures• Infrastructure asset management, including maintenance of all IT assets• Prepare service level agreements within the organization• Plan and co-ordinate installation of hardware and software across the organization’s network• Prepare IT budgets, RFP’s, scope of work reports and other related documents for IT projects• Assess, approve and administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades• Ensure that the IT Systems are in place based on higher security standards (PCI DSS)• Ensure all the PCI DSS related activities are regularly performed smoothly with appropriate evidence collection• Plan, Design & Implement Backup Solution for all IT Systems• Plan, Design & Build a Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plan• Manage and ensure effectiveness of corporate and business services including Exchange, Domain Controller, Databases, Web Farms, and Load Balancers etc• Responsible for all data centers of the organization• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, load balancer's, wireless controllers• Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems• Test server/network performance and provide performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining the infrastructure• Provide guidance to team members and regular Knowledge Transfer
