Drive end-to-end project implementation, coordination with stakeholders, prepare projecttimelines and project report.b. Responsible for adherence to regional authorities’ requirements, regulations andguidelines in addition to compliance with industry standards and Company qualityassurance and control.c. To validate the actual implementation (As-Built) as per the design specifications (functionaland technical) endorsed by Head of Planning. The scope is not limited to ProjectManagement but also to accountable for supporting network operations.d. e. Responsible for on-site activities for services and network project delivery.Liaising with other service providers and partners related to technical matters for serviceorder or project progress delivery.f. g. Liaising with Data Center partners for project activities.Collaborate with other departments within the Company, including Sales & Marketing, andBusiness Operations, to ensure project delivery objectives align with overall businessgoals.h. Project Manager shall be responsible for meeting datelines of all the assigned projectswith high quality delivery output.2. Resource Managementa. Provide effective coordination with MSAR contractors and resources. Responsible forproviding guidance for project deliverables and efficient network operation. Conductweekly coordination meetings with contractors and operation groups to review regionalimplementation progress and quality of work.b. The scope for this role includes negotiating with and managing of contractors andresources relationships and ensure timely project delivery.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES1. Documentation & Reporting:a. Maintain accurate records of Company’s network layouts, schematics and maintenanceactivities. Highly responsible for providing regular reports on project status and regionalnetwork performance.2.
