I am an industrial engineer with a bachelor's degree from Sabanci University and a postgraduate degree in business administration and management from Hult International Business School, expected to graduate in July 2024. I have over four years of experience as a founder and managing director of Kidstrain, a company that develops educational materials and science workshops for schools, kindergartens, chain hotels, and museums. I also provide consultancy services for business management and operation processes, helping businesses improve their operations and efficiency.As a founder and managing director of Kidstrain, I have full oversight and development of the company's products and services, managing teams consisting of educators, science teachers, primary school specialists, product and graphic designers. I have successfully led and operated a collaborative project with ZİÇEV, a non-governmental organization that supports children with intellectual disabilities, to design and manufacture instructive, self-care, and educational boxes. I am passionate about education and innovation, and I aim to create positive social impact and value through my work.
