As a Senior Executive at Hong Leong Bank, I contribute to the efficient and effective management of human resources and administrative functions. I handle payroll processing, employee benefits, performance appraisal, and staff training and development. I also support the recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.I graduated with a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kuantan in 2020, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HRM, such as labor law, organizational behavior, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. I also gained hands-on experience in using MYOB accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, as well as developing my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. My goal is to pursue a career in HRM that allows me to apply my knowledge and skills, and to grow and learn from a reputable organization.
