Most of work life time has been related to White Goods Technical issues. While being as Service Manager & Service Quality Manager, I want to collect & experience deep in practice data on any technical issues from field in order to develop products and service processes as technical issues & processes are related to cost & market share. I am handling also heavy claims and I want to know detailed background before making any solution request, which means in practice to be able to deeply understand every heavy claim better. In order to try to study all the time changing market and develop myself I keep as hobby DIY smart home automation with several data collection points like temperature & energy consumption. I am using this collected data to understand how modern home electronic products operate in practice and I compare this data to manufacturers marketing message and EU regulations. This helps me to educate & inform my co-operative colleagues & companies so that they can handle their customers in correct and supportive ways.
