I am leading the D&A Sales and RGM agenda in Latin America, delivering impactful data products for the Sales community and providing support for the business, along the data transformation journey in LA.

I'm working with a multi-disciplinary team across different Business Units to define and implement Data Strategy and Governance, foster the use of data to support decision-making, and champion data literacy development in the Commercial and Supply Chain communities for LATAM. We work with Qlik, PowerBi, Alteryx and AWS technology to read data out of several source systems, such as SAP, SmartFarm, Anaplan and Llamasoft Guru. I also serve as the LATAM lead of the multi-year global project that will migrate our front-end platform to the cloud.

My challenge is to stablish and implement the D&A capability approach, foster the use of data to support decision-making, and champion the data literacy development in the Supply Chain (Production&Supply) area. I am working with different parts of the organization to create a framework to deliver the D&A strategy across the Latin America markets, in the Crop Protection business.

I led a team of six people and was responsible for the quality and relevance of the Supply Chain & Procurement global analytic solutions. I oversaw 20+ projects using Agile methodologies with different suppliers, creating alignment with senior stakeholders in the Supply Chain & Procurement area, driving process improvement initiatives, and guaranteeing scalability and automation. As a people manager, I participated in the full talent cycle of the company, including recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluation, talent discussion and annual salary review. My responsibilities included:- demand management, both internal and outsourced.- priority alignment and communication with stakeholders.- financial management (CAPEX / OPEX) aligned with a Financial Controller.- measurement and management of various KPIs such as quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.Since 2019, I worked within a transformation of the IT organization from the previous project management model to the new product management model. With the adoption of tools in the cloud (Azure suite, PowerBi, SAP Analytics Cloud), we have transformed the way we work, with a greater concern with TCO (total cost of ownership) and with implementing features that really meet the user needs, without neglecting security and compliance.Co-founder and co-lead of the diversity resource group in Nestle’s Hub in Barcelona, aligned with the Organization’s strategy (see Volunteering).

The Tech Lead is responsible for the technical vision of the product (application and integration architecture) and provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required by a product or an integrated chain of products, As the DSR Tech Lead I'm involved in projects that deal with external data, such as distributor and retailer sales. We use the SAP DSiM module on BW on Hana in a complex landscape.

Several projects implementing Business Objects self-service solutions in Latin America, including training to the local teams.Developing and coordinating the global roll-out of a solution using DSR / DSiM technology for distributor management reporting.

Several projects involving Business Analytics within Supply Chain – supported current solutions in a complex BW landscape, ran technical and functional enhancement initiatives, created pilots to evaluate possible roll-out of new tools, created and delivered training. Constant interaction with users from 20 countries in Europe; creation of dashboard for the European Supply Chain VP.

Implementation of SAP BW in several projects of increasing complexity. I developed from technical analyst to team lead, being responsible for the design of the solution, coordinating implementation, making sure the team was aligned on priorities and managing communication with stakeholders. Worked as BW technical architect to plan, design, review, build and deploy several Finance and Real Estate scenarios.Allegheny (American Energy Distributor) Nov.09 to May.10, West Virginia, USBlueprint and design of implementation of SAP CCS, CRM and BW in a 1,5-million costumer electric utility company. Worked with BW 7.0 to create functional and technical specifications for back-end in Billing, Customer Care and Field Operation scenarios.Neoenergia (Brazilian Energy Distributor) Feb.08 to Sep.09, Salvador, BrazilImplementation of SAP CCS, CRM and BW in 3 electric utility companies, a total of almost 7-million customers. Worked with BW 7.0 to implement Customer Care and Service Orders scenarios. Worked with requirements, functional specifications, developing a complex, unified data model for the three companies, building, testing, helping with reporting, execution and administration of data loads, and documentation.Other Utilities projects: Cemig (build and testing in an implementation project of SAP CCS, CRM and BW 3.5 – 2006-08); Eletropaulo (performance analysis of the BW system to pinpoint improvement areas – 2010); Comgás e Neoenergia (lead of the team responsible for fixes and improvements post-implementation of a BW 7.0 system – 2010-12).
