RTO Advance have been experts in the development of educational products and solutions for Australian RTOs and vocational education enterprises since 1980. I am principal consultant conducting audits of VET, CRICOS, VSL and Smart and Skilled programs. I also work on conducting process reviews, quality improvement projects and the implementation of quality and compliance rectification projects.

My role in the Global Learning team involves being responsible for building and maintaining quality systems, as well as managing product compliance to with applicable accreditation programs for online and instructor led learning in all regions.I am passionate about creating new market responsive learning products and also about enhancing our clients' learning experience through establishing constant improvement of quality and processes across the learning product portfolio. In my role I lead and manage the certification, registration, accreditation and ongoing compliance requirements under the Australian Qualifications Framework and industry certification programs such as Exemplar Global, IRCA, SQF and BRC.

I was involved in helping achieve the vision of a group of founding local artists to design and implement HarbourSculpture, an exciting and unique exhibition of contemporary Australian sculpture that took place at the beautiful Clarkes Point Reserve. Supported by the Deckhouse Woolwich, owned by the Dedes Group, our major partner and sponsor for the exhibition, along with the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Hunters Hill, the URM group as well as many other local sponsors. I was proud to be Chair of this truly community based art project.

As principal consultant and Director of FISHER:KIDD & Associates, a Registered Training Organisation (1996-2013), working with a range of organisations in both Australia and overseas. As owner and principal consultant my work roles included:Project manager of multiple learning & development, training and quality improvement projects assisting clients implement corporate strategies and projects. The roles have involved; project planning and scoping, consultation and communication with key stakeholders (internal and external), project management and implementation as well as status reporting (e.g. with clients, Government agencies and other key stakeholders as required).
