Within Brakes is was a experienced telesales, having taken on challenging areas, which are not meeting their potential and working to improve and retain and increase the customer base. I received incoming calls which result in either orders or enquires. I work closely with my colleagues both in the office and in the field on a daily basis. There were two computer databases and Microsoft Outlook that are used to achieve an all round outstanding service for the customer. The skills I used within this role include individual motivation, good team work, selling skills, accuracy, good telephone manner and communication, customer rapport and customer service. Also check on competitor activities, contact lapsed customers to regain their business, increase product selling to existing customers and planning to gain repeat business.I was very successful in this job. Over the years, I was in the top 10 within the geographical area, for telesales of the year, and was first 3 times. I was consistent in selling promotional products and often win prizes.
