Key responsibilities:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service- Manage teams, open and close store and be responsible for cashing up/counting safe and dealing with emergency alarms- Maintain outstanding store condition and making sure store was fully stocked, accepting new deliveries, and managing teams to stock store with these deliveries.- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants, often having to deal with complaints and returns- Keep up to date with product information, especially during the busy periods.- Accurately describe product features and benefits- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures, ensure all standards of hygiene and safety were met and ensuring staff were also complying.
