My approach to working as a climate designer recognizes the essential relationship between climate solutions and cultural integration. Climate Design Vivy.Regen style is visual, structural, intuitive, anthropologic, deeply nature based, embodies systems thinking, psychological-spiritual, cultural, multi-intelligence informed, thus activating perspectives and building intentions that motivate people in the transition to a just and sustainable future.Through my project, Vivy/Regen Design Lab, I’m developing a program to support individuals and groups in their pivot to sustainability. The VIVY/DECK consists of tools to self-ignite divergent and convergent thinking, through practicing creative mindsets for enabling engagement on climate action. Like in nature, the chaos of change activates originality and creativity. VIVY/DECK taps this creative energy by engaging groups in practicing creative mindsets. The exercises are designed to inspires innovation, supports unlearning, give opportunity to identify and work to overcoming biases, reduce climate anxiety and overwhelm, and other obstacles to action.Through VIVY/DECK organizational culture is enriched, employee engagement stimulated and unity of purpose clarified. Isobel says: I'm an artist, public artist, engaging the public on climate justice. I'm a designer, trained in UX strategy, Design Thinking and all things Climate at Terra.do. I'm ready to help the transition from 20th century resource consumption to a 21st century green model and circular economy, on track to reverse climate change.
