Despite enrolling in a law degree, I was initially adamant that I wouldn’t ever be a lawyer. However, a passion for people and a desire to have a genuine impact on their lives drew me into the family law jurisdiction, where I have practised since my admission.Prior to entering the legal profession, I worked in the disability and aged care sector and, through this, developed strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships where clients feel heard and supported.Outside work I am usually tending to my ever-growing collection of indoor plants and dreaming of the veggie patch I hope to one day have. When I’m not at the local garden centre, you can find me in one of three places – in the kitchen baking, at the dining table attempting to sew, or on the lounge researching my next plant purchase.
