I have over 12 year's worth of experience acting for borrowers and lenders on complex and high value investment and development real estate financings across a broad range of asset classes including retirement villages, student accommodation, care homes, logistics, commercial and residential. I also have extensive knowledge of receivables financings and sport financing. I always seek to achieve the commercial outcomes of a transaction whilst preserving the long-term strategies of each individual client. Working with institutional lenders and borrowers and non-bank lenders as well as UHNWs, complex trust structures and family offices, I have particular experience in financings involving private capital and leveraging privately owned assets.
