I am currently working as Talent Attraction Advisor at edyn, supporting and delivering the strategy behind our hiring processes across the UK and Europe. I am heavily involved in our recruitment strategy and direction as we build out across the UK and Europe, with experience in working on new hotel openings across Germany, Netherlands, Ireland, Switzerland, and Portugal, with many more to come. With this, I am heavily involved in the data and analytics surrounding edyn's talent attraction journey and have the courage to question ways we can be better. I also have an interest in delving into the world of Compensation and Benefits, and I am currently assisting with projects at edyn that will help me with my knowledge. A driving force behind my position and experience has always been to deliver high quality candidate experiences that are equal for everyone. I am committed to assisting in the evolution of the diversity and equality movement in the modern working world, allowing for the talent of an inclusive workforce to emerge. I have a keen interest in the discussion around female leadership and the growth of young talent into senior leadership roles. As a part of the edyn Women's Network, I am a champion of our inclusivity and diversity strategy. With a strong educational background, I hold a Master of Arts - MA (Merit) focused in Forensic Linguistics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
