In this position, I am responsible for the administrative and organisational duties behind our recruitment strategy and support in new hotel openings across our 3 brands - Locke, SACO and Cove across the UK and Europe. I work closely with external recruitment partners to ensure candidate pipelines across all open vacancies are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as leading with the organisation of Casting Days for prospective team members and Immersion Days for new starters. I am also responsible for devising reports and analytics across our recruitment lifecycle and being a champion of our Diversity and Inclusion agenda - including creating and maintaining relationships with partners and agencies that empower minority groups.
