Isobel Ford is a Placements Officer (Psychology and Education) at University of Bath. Colleagues describe her as "I worked with Isobel throughout my time at uni across various meetings and projects, but most of all duing the Students' Union 2021 online Pride event. She was always super organised and did a really good job of clearing communicating what our roles were and what needed doing - both via email, face to face, and when running meetings. Isobel was great at keeping things moving and making sure decisions got made, all while making sure the students (or other relevant parties) were making the decisions it was important that they make. She's been great to work with and always bought a lot of life and fun to the things we worked on!"
