Current clients are in the NHS, local government and the third sector. My work also entails collaboration with colleagues to provide development workshops for Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS Trusts particularly focused on Board Leadership, Good Governance, effective Board working and Team dynamics. I am especially interested in coaching women leaders.

I am a highly skilled leadership coach with substantial experience of developing and changing organisations as well as the people within them. I bring a range of skills which is based on extensive experience of the NHS having worked in it for almost 20 years before starting my own business and subsequently founding another business with colleagues. I have a variety of executive level clients and work with top teams and Boards to develop their effectiveness. Apart from my NHS experience I bring an academic background, with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and I also bring good experience of the voluntary sector as I am a recent chair of BLISS, the premature baby charity.
