A fond love for fitness, friends and food. I thrive in an environment with like-minded individuals, with a rather relaxed approach to life. My favourite term is 'it is what it is', whilst you are in control of your life and can determine some things that happen, I really stand by not dwelling on what it could've been. A passion for writing and working with others, helping them develop at the same time as myself, and open to all life experiences that it has to offer.
