Drawing from the skills gained through employment with Monsoon, I could effectivity manage the opening of the new Paperchase store within Drakes Circus. I personally managed the training of staff from company culture to health and safety. I dual site managed the concession within Waterstones up to the end of the lease, subsequently managing the closure. The closing of the concession involved managing the redistribution of stock as well as integrating the concession team members into the store. This needed strong managerial skills in the change management, I used my skills gained from Monsoon to effectively and smoothly manage the change process.
