A respected and highly experienced Engineering Project Manager, I had a successful 10-year career delivering complex and innovative projects on time, on budget and to the most exacting standards. For the past 5 years I have worked as a Registration Officer, whilst taking a career break to raise my family. During this time I have increased my working hours back up to full time, as the family demands have lessened, and I am now embarking upon a new challenge, where my transferable skills will see me leading continuous improvement projects to help Dudley MBC meet its future council objectives, maximising digital opportunities to improve the customer experience.Having previously worked on sensitive military aerospace projects, and handled the needs of demanding customers both in my technical career, and my more recent public sector position, I feel well equipped to use my IT and communication skills in an alternative role where my focus on delivering value and customer satisfaction can make a difference to the service provided.
