The Sustainability and Performance Strategy (SPS) Department of PwC France allowed me to gain experience and skills, technical and managerial, for diverse types of projects:- Strategy consulting: definition and deployment of a CSR corporate strategy, identification of relevant CSR risks and opportunities, animation of stakeholders' workshops, CSR roadmap construction and follow-up, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and targets identification and integration within core strategy, climate strategy and scenarios, climate risk analysis;- Transaction Services: management of cross-functional teams to perform ESG and Environmental Due Diligence or reviews for private equity firms and industrial actors, consultation of portfolio companies to analyse performance and define action plans to address material sustainability, definition and implementation of a CSR investment policy;- Operations Management: life cycle assessments of activities for companies that seek to lower their carbon emission in their industrial processes, competitive analyses on environmental practices to improve the environmental footprint of products, integration of sustainable development challenges into core operations, circular economy opportunities identification and deployment; - External CSR Assurance: verification of extra-financial information (statutory or voluntary) published within the sustainability reports of several CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies in the energy or service industries, facilitation of environmental and social audits across multiple region performing KPIs analyses and supervising quality and accuracy of data reported;- Internal function: support to (1) maintain the link between associates and the department's partners by deploying and monitoring monthly surveys, (2) ensure the follow up of training courses for the department.

- Smartcharging and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2X) officer conducting research and analysis of innovative charging technologies; cross knowledge compilation contributing in building the long-term strategy and vision - Project management of on-going experimentations in the fields of charging systems and new mobility: technologies review, services requirements, and potential application for Renault’s EVs - Responsible in developing synergies with the Directions of Public Affairs and the Direction of Environment - Project Owner for the EV experimentations in the “CityMakers” program, in cooperation with RCI Bank & Services, Nissan, AXA, NUMA and Mairie de Paris; which sought to answer urban mobility challenges - Engaged resident in the Renault Lab of open-innovation in Paris “Le Square”; scouting and development of strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and start-ups on topics of interest

For the Electric and Hybrid Powertrain Design Department, work on diverse topics within the Electrical Vehicle (EV) ecosystem:- Strategy and business perspectives of energy storage systems: follow-up of an internal project explored by Renault and partners; exploration of demonstration/experiments in the field- Charging systems development /deployment across the world : decision-making strategies on technical options- Growing connectivity for EVs: why EVs in particular need to be further connected; how OEMs respond to this new demand for services; possibilities and strategies

Coordinator for the Communication strategy of the "COP21: Make It Work" project, Sciences Po collective Project. Working with Laurence Tubiana, the aim was to have a "mini COP21" before the actual one in September 2015 in order to better anticipate the outcomes:- Management of structures and platforms: BLOG / Tweeter / Facebook to promote the project to students (in and especially outside SciencesPo) and actors of interest (politicians, economics etc)- Conferences participation and information diffusion through social network- Day to day follow up during the mini COP21 achieved by students from all around the world that took place during a week in Nanterre and was the key objective of the Make It Work Project

Part of the team for the Commission of Energy, Environment and Climate Change (ENVE). Day to day activities were transversal but focused on Energy subjects for European Legislation:- In depth political analyses of opinions (EU Directives)- Plenary sessions preparations: information and knowledge transfer between key actors- Conferences organisation for the Green Week and the Sustainable Energy Week which both aim to display technology and regulatory advancements especially presenting project across the EU

WindAid is a social entrepreneurship that attracts volunteers from all over the world to come help construct and install small scale wind turbines. It is a non profit organization in which you can find people from diverse background even though the majority are engineers seeking an international experience. After one month of working I was provided the opportunity to manage the upcoming new team and lead them through the activities. These consisted of A to Z building of wind turbines in a warehouse and pre assembling before installations. We went on installation missions throughout the country, often to rural villages with no prior access to electricity. Key was also to ensure maintenance of existing operations.In addition to being a real hands-on practice in the field of engineering, this time in Peru provided a social dimension that made the overall experience fascinating.

Following one of the European People's Party (EPP) secretariat leader, the work was shared between: - Analyses and synthesis of group votes; - Attendance and feedback of plenary sessions;- EPP Group meeting preparations;- Participation in diverse symposiums on subjects of interest;- Help for translations in three languages (French, English and Spanish).
