As a Production Supervisor, I ensure the quality and efficiency of metal casting operations, implementing preventive actions, conducting quality control inspections, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments.I also build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
