Develop user requirements. Implement Web Portal releases. Work with DR Product Management Department to provide operational, logistical, technical, and informational support to all Dispute Resolution departments in order for them to effectively perform their duties. This includes creating and maintaining reports, performing data analyses, running ad hoc SQL data queries, processing system entitlement requests, responding to staff questions and maintaining reference documentation. I support procedure changes that enhance staff ability to avoid information security breaches and look for ways to help staff perform their duties easily. I work with DR Product Management Department, Dispute Resolution business stakeholders and FINRA Technology to implement necessary system enhancements to the system within the stakeholder-determined timeframe for each initiative. I meet all agreed upon project milestones on time and on budget by writing test scripts to insure implementation meets all requirements. I train staff and create users’ manuals.

Attend weekly and monthly Policy Council and committee meeting representing 19,311 children in all five boroughs and made decisions on specific matters.. I reviewed and recommended action on additional provisions or amendment to existing bylaws, and on policy questions related to the Council’s authority, functions, structure, and responsibilities. I also reviewed and provided information related to legislative, education and advocacy issues pertaining to Head Start and coordinated appropriate follow-up action when required. . I maintained essential executive committee correspondence and other files. Read correspondence at Policy Council meetings. I coordinated the resume screening and interviewing functions of the personnel practices committee. I provided reports to the Policy Council regarding the status of personnel actions as required. I reviewed and recommended action on additional provisions or amendments to the Policy Council’s bylaws. I reviewed and provided information related to political issues pertaining to Head Start and coordinated appropriate follow-up action when required. I supported program committee participation in program development related activities and efforts. I helped produce relevant newsletters and bulletins that provided informational support to parents involved with the Head Start community and as such serve as the public relations arm for the Policy Council. I participated in reviewing the Central Administrations refunding application, contracts and proposals for additional funds and programs and made regular reports and recommendations to the full Policy Council. I was responsible for Policy Council fundraising activities, coordinating special events and providing refreshments for all Policy Council meeting with assistance.
