During Social Impact Week at IE Business School, I was selected as one of 35 students (based on GPA) to collaborate with WeThinkCode_, a South African tech and education NGO. We developed a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand awareness in B2B scenarios, targeting new investors and government support. My team focused on the creation of value-based messaging and positioning, conducted market research, and analyzed data to optimize strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.

At By All Means LLC, I played a key role in supporting sales strategies and enhancing client relationships. I managed vendor collaboration, oversaw logistics, and contributed to business operations, driving efficiency and productivity. My experience here honed my organizational skills and ability to execute strategic initiatives effectively.

As an HR team member at AdminComp/Me Salve Inc., I assisted in the recruitment process, managed employee records, and updated employee handbooks and HR documents, proofreading and editing them for accuracy. My role included enhancing HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a collaborative work environment through effective communication and teamwork. Additionally, I supported the director on special projects, including updating legal documents and the notary book.

In my dual role as a receptionist and HR team member at AdminComp/Me Salve Inc., I managed front desk operations, greeted and assisted visitors, and handled customer inquiries. I also supported HR activities such as coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with onboarding processes. This role allowed me to develop strong organizational skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service while supporting HR functions.
