I worked as a TA for the Computer Networks course (CMPS 242) at AUB, delivering bi-weekly recitations and assisting the course instructor with various duties.

During my time as a BA at Maids.cc, I developed a comprehensive Training Academy strategy, designed and optimized training workflows, and fostered effective interdepartmental communication. Utilizing data analysis, I made data-driven decisions that enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, I prepared and delivered detailed progress reports to senior management, ensuring they were informed of key developments and performance metrics.

As a part-time coding trainer at Geek Express, I trained over 30 students in game development and web development, providing them with the necessary skills to build their own projects. I also had the opportunity to work as a trainer in the AI4ClimateChange Hackathon, guiding participants in leveraging artificial intelligence to address climate change challenges, and my team won the first place.

During my internship at Malaak NGO, I completed over 120 hours of community service, primarily working as a coding trainer for students at various educational levels. Additionally, I organized and conducted technical workshops for teachers, aimed at enhancing their digital literacy and proficiency in using educational technology tools.
