I am a relational-systems choreographer trained as an entrepreneur and adesigner. I develop products with systems in mind: striving continuallythrough higher education and training to facilitate organizations,movements, and communities toward long-term vision of transitions. Icontinually seek opportunities to improve myself, both as a reflective/reflexive design-thinker and design-doer.My perspective as a designer is informed by wide experiences, fromnavigating the infrastructure challenges facing the developing world toleveraging many opportunities in highly developed nations -- whileexploring the intersections between entrepreneurship, design, technology,and sustainability and its potential for societal change. At the center of mypractice, I seek to collectively and collaboratively understand how problemscan be solved alongside people; the people that are closest to theproblems are the ones best equipped to solve those problems.As I progress as a human being and multidisciplinary designer, a quote thatcontinually impacts me is by Alvin Toffler in Future Shock: “The illiterate ofthe 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but thosewho cannot learn, unlearn and relearn. ” This has remained a corecomponent in my lifeʼs mission - to strive everyday to bridge the gapbetween theory and practice; consistently disrupting and reinventingmyself so when facing the unknowns, I might have the right tools toreinvent myself at any given time as needed to solve problems.
