I managed the City of Chicago's residential energy efficiency program, Retrofit Chicago, helping residents save over $3.8 million in annual energy costs.I also devised and implemented new operating procedures to reduce juvenile violence in Chicago, working with the Chicago Police Department, the University of Chicago Crime Lab, and the Department of Family and Support Services.

Energy Policy Director:- Secured over $80 million in funding for energy efficiency programs while coordinating the approval of a much-needed rate increase for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.- Guided the implementation of the Office of Public Accountability and mediated conflicts between the utility and its residential and small business customers that reached the Mayor’s Office.Transportation Policy Analyst:- Helped coordinate "“Carmageddon,” a 53-hour closure of the 405 Freeway, the busiest and most congested freeway in the U.S.- Prepared transportation policy briefings for the Mayor during his time as Chair of Board of Directors for the $4 Billion Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.Personal Aide to the Mayor and Assistant to Deputy Chief of Staff- Worked directly with the Mayor to ensure appropriate briefing/prep for meetings and events. - Coordinate with city departments to ensure effective delivery of constituent services.- Prepare policy memos and briefingsScheduling Coordinator:- Coordinated with internal office of 200+ employees, 30+ City Departments and hundreds of external organizations to create functional schedule for the Mayor.
