Provide planning and execution throughout project phases from space planning to final account. Conduct tender evaluation for projects and recommendation to clients. Provide consultation, coordination and interface work with client, architects, contractors and authorities on both technical and commercial issues. Preparation of compliance reports, value engineering and risk assessment report. Design calculation and reports evaluation and validation. Progress monitoring and progress claim validation. Material and shop drawings reviewing and approval. Site coordination and commissioning.Design of mechanical services including ACMV, ECS, Fire protection system, and internal plumbing services for residential, high rise and commercial buildings. Preparation of tender documents inclusive of performance specification, technical specification, bill of quantity, technical data, etc. Preparation of comprehensive design/technical calculation report for projects.

Responsible in planning and organizing installation works on site in accordance to approved drawings and project schedule. Supervising sub-contractors and liaise with other site personnel including consultant and authorities. Translating work progress into progress claim. Tender bidding and project quotation.
