With a Bachelor's degree in English Teacher Education from Universitas Negeri Padang, I have a passion for language and education. I developed my communication and problem-solving skills through various academic and extracurricular activities, such as joining student organizations, teaching junior high school students and and being a radio announer. Currently, I am a Process Associate at Genpact, where I leverage my skills and tools, such as Salesforce Lightning, to deliver excellent customer service and support. I manage and update client records, queries, and feedback, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction. I have almost three years of work experience in customer service, including one year at Teleperformance, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for various accounts. I also have eight months of experience as an Assistant Instructor for a Government program, where I assisted the instructor, managed the participants, and ensured the webinar ran successfully. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the success of my team and organization.
