Following his impressive early career as an Assistant Attorney General in the State of New York and subsequent experience practicing complex commercial litigation with some of South Florida’s premier firms, Isrow was tapped to become the first ever General Counsel for a leading international cosmetic manufacturer. In that role he gained a deeper understanding of the intricacies of the corporate world and the importance of collaborating with various stakeholders in order to achieve objectives in a prompt and cost-effective manner. More importantly, he experienced first hand, working with outside counsel, many of the frustrations associated with the legal profession. During that time, Isrow was elected to serve as Parkland’s City Commissioner for District 2, and still holds the position today as he remains devoted to his community and improving the quality of life for its residents. After serving four years as General Counsel, Isrow made the decision to return to private practice, joining a boutique firm where he chaired its Litigation Group and leveraged his extensive business, legal and governmental experience to assist clients in both the public and private sectors.
