As a continuous improvement specialist, l assess, monitor, and enhance business performance for Handcraft. In this role, I analyze current practices and develop business process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance and alliance to the strategic view of Handcraft.

• Establish rental rates by surveying the local area’s rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals.• Attract new tenants through property viewings and encouraging referrals.• Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and completing repairs, and planning renovations. • Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rent, paying bills, preparing annual reports, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.

Lorraine Letendre associates was incorporated in 1996 by Lorraine Letendre. Specialized in high end residential design, we work across the fields of interior architecture & design, art direction and furniture design. Lorraine Letendre Associates created environments using pure and tactile materials, which translate into timeless design, rich with emotional resonance. One of Lorraine's strongest partnerships was with Jerry Rowland at Handcraft. I had the honor of working along side Lorraine Letendre on one of her last installations. Worked with a dynamic team of talented woman to execute Lorraine’s vision, bringing her final project to life.

Warrington Welcome is designed to ensure a successful transition for incoming students into the Heavener School of Business. Created compelling course content for over 90 first-year students focusing on strategies to improve success rates, both philanthropically and academically, leading to 45% more career readiness. •Onboarded 3 cohorts of first-year students including mentorship on coursework, policies, school culture, and available resources leading to an 85% business major retention rate. •Generated 16 strategic learning plans and course resources to present palatable information in a manner that supported the diversity of thought found within a large organization.•Individually mentored 90+ new students to foster personal and professional growth catered to diverse learning styles and cultures.
