Ital-Plus imports was acquired by Pilaros Inc. in August 2023.

In my role as Regional Director at SIR Corp, I managed high-volume corporate locations in Montreal and Ottawa, negotiating beverage menus and overseeing social media presence. I successfully led and develop a team of 48 managers, ensuring operational excellence and executing special projects across multiple regions.

In my role as Director of Operations-retail at Gestion Première Moisson Inc., I was responsible for overseeing the operational strategies of the retail network. I maintained strong relationships with partners in a joint venture environment, ensuring compliance and profitability through coaching and development of regional managers. I actively collaborated with the marketing department & product development to drive store initiatives and promotions, and led various committees and special projects, such as a POS Change. Responsable for the development of projects, new locations, renovations and maintenance projects. Restructured the retail network by creating new partnerships and acquisitions to correct and create more efficient business models.

Managed a network of franchisee in the province of Quebec, Assisted franchisee with their business plan and the development of their management teams. Verify compliance to franchisors standards through business reviews. Led and organized new menu training. Created and facilitated training sessions and seminars for franchisee conferences and regional meetings.
