-Responsible for penalties and procedures through Oman Labour Law.-Coordinate with best recruitment companies locally and internationally.-Create strong relationships with government.-Improving employee satisfaction.-Contributed to implement of activities and events.-Manpower planning and recruitment of skilled candidates. -Manage the Grievance & disciplinary process.Government Relations Manager: -Liaising with government bodies and coordination with Head office Government relations section (labour dept., ministry of housing, other ministries, and authorities in Oman) and liaise with them directly when necessary to solve any concerns/issues.-Coordination and follow-up of official documents (registration of new clearance through e-clearance, issuance of visas and residency renewal, renewal of government approvals for projects, and etc.)-Representation in the issues and follow-up with governments such as court and other.-Performance of the duties and other related proceedings.-Attract new relationships with government and private companies, contract deals and tenders.

Follows all relevant government relations, Ministries of Manpower, immigration, Ministry of commerce and industry, and other. Department of buying and selling cars. Customer service. Coordinate and Follow-up.

 Provide employment forms and clearance Omanization in the Ministry of lOManpower. Delivery and receipt of visas, passports and medical reports. Registration and Renew labor card for staff. Registration and renewal of new and used vehicles.
