- Document results and provides cost impact analysis (projections) for any proposed compensation changes.
- Develops and administers compensation structures, models, incentive programs and processes based on professional category
- Ensures compliance with employment agreements regarding compensation and produces associated reports as needed
- Provides advice and guidance to senior leadership regarding these structures, models, programs and processes.
- Analyzes a variety of financial, budgetary, productivity, and statistical information for the physician practice and professionally summarizes results in charts, graphs, and reports, applying judgment to determine data.
- Examines financial and operational issues and potential impacts that arise and identifies and proposes solutions to address these issues.
