Experience and duties include but are not limited to:- Protocol development and optimization; design; rodent in vivo model development, study design, in vivo pharmacology and drug delivery; PK/PD experiments; target validation.- Molecular and cell-based assays; Western blot, ELISA, immunocytochemistry, protein expression/extraction; immunofluorescence.- Tissue collection/preparation/staining; histology; immunohistochemistry.- Biomarker exploration and MOA studies. TGF-β superfamily pathway.- Data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation.- Documentation, report writing, and record keeping via paper/electronic notebooks.

Greater Boston Area

- Rodent model development, study design, in vivo biology and drug/compound delivery, in addition to performing thoracotomy, cardiac, and peripheral vascular surgeries.- Regulatory compliance, SOPs, and lab safety.- Light/Fluorescence microscopy.- Data management, statistical analysis, interpretation, and presentation to various audiences.
