I am a Content Marketing Manager with experience in Journalism, Digital Marketing, and Business Development. I have worked in several industries serving multiple audiences: from public service workers and C-level executives to kids and young creative professionals. Navigating complex and dynamic environments and managing many sources of information is something I do very well. With my unique combination of skills, I have helped companies build digital audiences and engage with them, establish sustainable content strategies and governance processes, and develop and present strategic business proposals for large organizations and businesses. My colleagues know me as a bridge: connecting Sales with Operations, IT teams with Communications, and business stakeholders with digital audiences. As an energetic content consultant and avid learner, I have conducted digital marketing efforts and content strategies for Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Tourism and Food & Beverages companies, and Education and Media organizations. I have directly tailored and managed content for audiences in the US, Mexico, and Brazil. I have used my research and content creation skills for projects with Arca Continental, Heineken Mexico, Ternium, and CEMEX, and led business development for an innovation firm. I also coordinated innovation workshops in different cities in Mexico, as well as Miami, Panama, and Colombia, and assisted in coaching. Through the years I have acquired technical knowledge of innovation methodologies (Design Thinking and Jobs to be done), Community Management, Information Architecture, User Experience, Content Management Systems, and overall web development. As a journalist, I have published stories, interviews, and articles in national outlets in Mexico, such as Vice Mexico, Milenio, Tierra Adentro, and Conarte, among others.
