I lead a multi-skilled team with focus on development of regional business ecosystems and investments in Lahti Region, Finland. Lahti is home for growth oriented companies in active business clusters especially in electric mobility, sports, circular economy and food & bewerage. My team support the companies in creation of new business, international connections, cluster activities and investments in Lahti Region.With two Master's degrees MSc (geography, tourism and environmental sciences) and MBA (regenerative leadership), I have a unique academic background for development of cross-sector business ecosystems. Furthermore, the Specialist Qualification in Foreign Trade gives the combination of skills needed for international business development. In my daily work I'm always looking few steps ahead, identifying new growth opportunities for Lahti Region and seeking new fields of business for ambitious business clients. The core fields of my skills in business development culminate at regional planning, ecosystem development, international business consortiums, product development and commercialization processes.
