Malt factoryThe malt factory is also a future project which should start in the next few months. The malt factory should provide the prime material for the beer factory. The production capacity of the malt factory will be 12.000 metric ton of malt per annum. The project consists of four main buildings.The first building is the malt factory in which building the malt is produced from barley.This building will also include offices , laboratory, workshop and storage.This building will be constructed from reinforced concrete in order to be resistant to the very high temperatures produced in the kilning process.In the secondary building will take place the necessary equipment for the barley intake, barley cleaning, malt cleaning and malt loading. This building will be a 27 m high reinforced concrete structure because the technological equipment producing high volume of dust which increases the explosion danger.The third building will be a storage hall with a an area of 1000 sqm made from steel structure and sandwich panel walls and roof. The fourth part of the project consists of a large slab foundation on which will be mounted the barley and malt silos. Six silos will be installed for barley with a total capacity of 14.000 metric ton and six malt storage silos two with the storage capacity of 800 metric ton and four with a total storage capacity of 8000 metric ton.

Chips factoryThe chips factory it is a future project which should start in the next few months. The theoretical production capacity will be 500 kg of chips/hour. The owner of the project bought an existing production hall. The existing hall is 108 m in length and 28 m width. The total area of the hall is 3024 sqm, it is made from steel structure and sandwich panels This existing hall will be modified to be suitable for the chips production. It is needed to build next to the existing building a brick and concrete structure building which have to contain the boiler room, oil storage. This is necessary due to fire safety regulations. The project also contains the construction of a potato storage hall with a storage capacity of 11.000 tonns of potato per annum. The potato storage should be also a steel structure building with sandwich panel walls and roof. The dimensions of this building will be 120 m in length and 30 m in width. This building needs to be thermal efficient because the potato it is stored in 4 degreesCelsius in the entire storage period. This means the walls will be made of 120 mm thick sandwich panels and the roof 140 mm thick sandwich panel. The project includes a waste water treatment plan and the spatial planning.The waste water plant civil works consist of a reinforced concretebasin with 250 cubic meter storage capacity in which the waste water it is pre filtered and two circle shaped foundation slabs for the SBR tanks.

Residential, store and office building complexIt is a three-storey building. Complex with the area of 980 sqm. On the ground floor there is five premises.On the first and second floor there is four residential apartments and one office. The building it is constructed from brick and reinforced concrete, the roof it was a complex wood structure with roof tiles. It is a L shaped building with a tower in the middle part of the building. The upper part of the tower it is an apparent wood structure.The in the site was built parking spaces, sidewalks and green belt area.

Beer factory extensionThe beer factory extension consisted of increasing the breewing capacity of the beer factory from 12.000 hl per annum to 48.000 hl per annum. The factory building was extended to 2800 sqm. This project was carrying out with contractors. The technology was as well manufactured by the same Hungarian company. The newbbuilding part was also a steel structure covered with sandwich panel walls and roof. The length of the new building is 105 m and the width is 32 m. In the new building it is a corridor and a bar for visitors.The new fermentation tanks are supported by a special designed steel structure.The total cost of investment was over 15 million €.

Project description:The beer factory is a manufacture whit the production capacity of 12.000 hl per annum. It is built on an old and forsaken industrial area. First of all, was necessary to demolate the old buildings and structures and clean the construction site. The concrete structures were demolished by blasting. After the construction site was cleaned it was erected a 1000 sqm steel building for the beer production. Two old buildings were renovated.The first building is an office building with two floors, the area of the buildings is 1070 sqm. The second building has three floors, the cumulative area of the floors is 636 sqm, and it is part of the beer factory contains dressing rooms, production offices, bathrooms, visitors room, and protocol area . The production building it is a steel structure with 80 mm thick sandwich panel exterior walls and 100 mm thick roof panels.The brewing technology installed it was made in Hungary. From construction perspective, it was challenging to respect all the food security and safety standards.The project included the building systems, heating, cooling, lighting, electrical infrastructure and the territorial planning of the factory area, asphalting the yard forming parking spaces, maneuvering area.The waste water treatment plant was included a large reinforced concrete basin, the depth of the basin was 8 m, and several reinforced concrete structures.The total cost of investment was over 4.5 million €.

The Homorod Valley hydro power plant is a run-of-the-river type system which includes one Tyrolean type weir, one power house, approximately 7 km of penstock.The total cost of investment was over 3.5 million €.I was fully responsible for the entire constructionproject. Collaborated from the very beginning with the design company. Prepared time schedule and bill ofmaterials. Calculated the necessary materials, manpower and equipment. Prepared the cost schedule.I was responsible for the ordering of the raw materials for the weir and power house, and also for the order, supervising the production and installation of the order made sluice gates necessary for the sedimentation tank.

The UZ Valley hydropower complex is a cascade type system which include seven Tyrolean type weir,six power houses, approximately 23 km of penstock and nearly 52 km of electrical grid.The total cost of investment was over 20 million €.I was working on this project from the planning phase. Reviewed the design and making suggestions in order to achieve a cost and time effective design. Preparing time schedule and bill of materials. Calculated the necessary materials, manpower and equipment. Contacted multiple companies for price quotation, took part of the selection processes of the subcontractors, and negotiated the technical specifications and details of execution
