In August 2012, I was recruited to Danir Marketing AB as Sales Manager for the KAM department. After several successful months, I became Director of Sales for the entire Danir Marketing AB. In addition to the tasks as Director of Sales, I have developed a franchise concept for Mikz and started the international launch. When Mikz left the beta testing phase and was launched on the Swedish market, I was appointed as CEO of Mikz Sweden AB by Dan Olofsson. As CEO of Mikz Sweden AB, my mission is to launch and establish Mikz on the Swedish market successfully. Doing this, I have the full P&L responsibility, and I report directly to Dan Olofsson, my Chairman. About Mikz Sweden AB Mikz Sweden AB is a fully owned company within the Danir Group. The company develops, markets, and sells Mikz - a complete solution for the next generation of mobile marketing.Danir AB was founded in 1993 by the Swedish IT entrepreneur Dan Olofsson. I joined Skivlagret 1996, when Skivlagret was a local retailer in the music industry with 2 offline stores and a turnover of 6 MSEK.2 years later I became a co-owner and took lead of the expansion. Within 3 years I opened up 13 new stores including our flagship store in Malmö, In 2 years time this store alone became the biggest store in Scandinavia with a turnover of 30 MSEK. As curiosa, I managed this store my self with only 3 employes. The expansion increased our turnover to 150 millions with a 10 % net profit. 2004 I bought the rest of the company and a new journey started. 2011 Skivlagret was the biggest music retailer in Scandinavia with 25 stores. During these years I introduced a brand new Franchise concept on the Swedish market with a revolutionary financing solution. All the stores was running under franchise with a complete stock, interior and working capital financed. During the expansion I transformed the chain from a music store to a multimedia store for the entire family. I also launched our websales function, which was connected to the chains franchise structure.

I have worked as a:- Store Manager - I started up the majority of our stores- Purchasing Director - I was responsible for all purchases with a budget of 200 million- Human Resources Manager - Was responsible for 150 employees and their contracts- Marketing Director - Included running the largest free music magazine hosting the largest international artists. The newspaper was exclusive for Skivlagret and was profitable from the first number. Published every month during 7 years with a edition of 300 000 copies. - Sales Director - Had responsibility for 25 stores sales, budget, marketing plan and product range with a turnover of 250 million. - Establishment Manager - Has opened up about 35 stores. Designed shops, negotiated lease, hired and trained staff.- Franchise Manager - Has developed and launched the franchise concept, including manuals, intranets, legal, franchise recruitment, training and financing concept.- Finance Manager - Was responsible for the financing of the chain, negotiations with suppliers, banks and government agencies. Responsible for the daily accounting and for liaison with the auditors.- CEO . Had overall responsibility for the chain's business.- Chairman of The Board
