Anadiag is one of the leading independent CROs in Europe. My role included:● Complete management and implementation of efficacy, selectivity, biotic and abiotic trials and related projects for R&D, characterization, registration and demo purposes in harmony with the EU regulations and GEP (Good Experimental Practice) principles.● R&D Project Management:Coordination of trial series, planning, maintenance of project-related documentation, risk management, technical direction, tracking project life-cycle and deadlines, keeping contact and collaborating with project stakeholders (sponsors, EU project managers, the line manager, the quality assurer, authorities, functional employees), ensuring client needs and satisfaction, hosting facility visits and field tours.● Trial Management:Setting up individual trials, on-site evaluation according to EPPO standards, data collection and management, on-site supervision, statistical analysis and data evaluation (ARM software), report writing.● Quality Assurance:Participation in preparation for on-site inspection and audit (GEP/GLP), preparation and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs), verification of the compliance of scientific equipment.● Leadership and Technical Management:Technical management and direction of field technician staff. Coordination of trial maintenance, application, sampling, harvest, etc.
