Leading the implementation of Diageo’s new methodology for reporting Organic growth results. Leading regular conversations with senior stakeholders across the group, and acting as a project manager to define the concept, benchmark other companies, develop new systems and processes, and manage internal and external communication. Inter-company and external reporting, senior stakeholder management experience. Good knowledge of financial reporting in BFC, BPM, SAP.

Leading the Transaction FX team in Group Treasury, responsible for forecasting, reporting and actively managing (hedging) the Group’s foreign currency cash flows (approx. GBP 2bn equivalent across 100+ currency pairs). Assessment of Diageo’s major external contracts, and key projects bearing material foreign exchange risks. Close co-operation with senior stakeholders in other group functions & markets, internal and external counterparties. Foreign exchange risk management, people management, SAP based accounting, reporting experience.

Taking an active role in month-end reporting, hedging and annual plan rate setting processes. Review of the group’s IFRS hedge accounting practices, leading the introduction of SAP based accounting modules.
