Responsibilities consist planning and purchasing goods from internal factories and external Suppliers in accordance with agreed way of schedule, transportation, time of delivery, terms and conditions (Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Baltics). Ensure that purchase activities are in line with relevant company policies, following up on ongoing orders. Monitoring Supplier performance and executing expediting activities.Tasks:- releasing daily purchase requisitions & initiating orders in SAP (S/4 HANA)- managing urgencies to ensure timely delivery- monitoring the purchase order backlog- tracking goods received by Warehouse- ensuring invoice processing and the SLA to meet Customer expectations- managing inbound non-conformance reports and with Suppliers- developing/improving functions and modules in SAP in cooperation with Feeder Factories- monitoring of the respective RDC stock- monitoring of the factory performance in general, in Power BI- monitoring of the carrier performance, addressing ongoing issues- handling of invoices, delivery, storage, and ad-hoc supply-chain discrepancies- fixing of daily discrepancies in SAP/EDI

One year fixed contract - Green Network Energy UK (the subsidiary of Gruppo Green Network, Green Network S.P.A.) ceased to trade in the United Kingdom as of the 1st of February, 2021. I supported the SoLR process in accordance with OFGEM directives and guidelines. - detection of data-flow transfer errors and anomalies between in-house systems, mainly manually eliminating, tracking and closing of electrical network and error codes related to the technology of 'smart' electricity/gas metering systems on certain customer accounts.- liaison with partner companies, cooperation with them if necessary for the performance of daily tasks.- active / daily contact with peer departments and groups (Billing, Customer Service, Network Operation / Maintenance, Higher Management… etc.), participation in meetings, occasionally setting up and supplementing topics- providing ‘feedback’ to all internal and external groups and colleagues on demand- preparation / reception of ad-hoc reports, investigation of their contents

- active participation in the Service Provider’s ‘Smart Meter’project extended to the United Kingdom for all Utility Providers by the industry regulator, Ofgem. That covers mainly the investigation and elimination of ‘smart metering’ and conventional ‘metering’ data errors in system and local(account) contexts.- cooperation with fellow departments / groups (Billing, Customer Service, Network Operation / Maintenance, Senior Management, Engineers … etc.)- participation in monthly ‘Operations’ meetings, providing relevant input

Customer Service Representative - E-commerce - I was involved in the introduction and implementation of a third party online-store and it's customer service system, in After-Sales. My work was guided by IBM quality standards. I handled incoming calls, mostly related to technical, delivery and financial (VAT-refunds, cross-border and inland purchases, payments - EMEA region) questions. I had to follow up each and every case on a day to day basis, to make sure that the processes, that I had previously initiated, were running smoothly, towards resolution.The flow of my daily work was mainly based on corporate templates which in most cases determined the exact outcome, but occasionally I was also allowed to make minor financial decisions, based on my own assessment of the situation.
