About István Nagy
Following my studies in HVAC engineering, my interest in the digital support of facility maintenance and operation processes was piqued early on in my career, and I've been immersed in it for 20 years now. Since 2003, I've been involved in analyzing and designing technical operation processes, consulting, as well as studying and implementing CAFM systems. As a project leader, I've been responsible for overseeing implementation projects for large corporations (real estate managers, car manufacturers, retail chains, state-owned companies, specialized technology service providers, and the largest domestic FM companies) for nearly a decade. Over this time, through hundreds of client consultations, business analyses, and system plans, it has become abundantly clear to me what the primary expectations of sector stakeholders are regarding the development of systems supporting their processes.Today, the rapid advancement of technology presents us with new challenges, so my team and I are constantly researching and developing new technical solutions to make facilities more transparent, efficient, and sustainable throughout their entire life cycle, supporting management processes. In recent years, there has been increasing focus on BIM-based operational concepts, artificial intelligence, smart solutions, and measuring non-financial performance of companies (e.g., ESG), putting increasing pressure on sector participants and driving greater interest towards solutions in these areas. My goal is to leverage the opportunities provided by continuous research and development, utilizing technology to introduce optimal, sustainable, innovative facility management support systems for more and more clients.
