Lots of things. In this new role I am responsible for all the activities of LPG Retail. We are active in 8 countries; we have dedicated teams and staff members running the business. We have the responsibility to purchase the gas itself from various sources, we procure the different assets and services which are needed, we have our dedicated sales force to sell as much as possible, we have our technical team to implement the best available and cost effective assets at our customers' sites, we have a dedicated team to develop new products and services. We have a serious M&A strategy to grow in the region. We want something new, something significant in the coming period. We are the winners of the next years to come. Our activity does not end with the contracts; we have our own call center, order taking, scheduling and logistics team. Like a private company. We have the freedom to run the company; we have the responsibility to deliver the result. So simple. And I am responsible for all of these.... Show less
