Responsibilities:• Manage and lead the Finance Team of 9.• Ensure that all monthly and annual reports are produced accurately and timely. Design a framework to meet deadlines.• Organize the Budget and Forecast preparation, • Analyze the cost structure of the company and define cost cutting measurement.• Prepare Business Analysis for investments• Keep contact with Banks, Insurance companies, auditors and authorities.• Prepare Cash-Flow forecast.• Risk Management• Standardize, and harmonize the Booking rules of five facilities within the group.• Participate in central Finance projects.

Main tasks: • manage the whole monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts• coordinate the conversion of Hungarian G/L accounts to German G/L accounts• participate in the introduction of the consolidation at the company• prepare the consolidation report to the headquarter according to the IFRS rules• keep contact with the auditors, co-ordinate and participate in the interim and final audits, prepare the annual report of the company• fulfill all the tax related issues, prepare the tax reports of the company, control the tax accounts, keep contact with authorities• co-ordinate the work of 5 bookkeepers
