Petricor is developing new mobile 3D printing platforms to build fast, affordable, high-quality home in America.Isaac provided product architecture design consulting services to develop the first proof of concept of a modular omnidirectional robot for 3D printing. With this help, the company Petricor LLC was able to make presentations with investors, construction companies and research centers in the USA.Research & Development

After securing investment in Silicon Valley, the company grew and the product evolved to the next phase, where my main tasks were:- Field user research (talking to the first users).- Liaison with stakeholders (doctors and CEO) to know the evolution of the product.- Build the first technological infrastructure- Create the UX and UI area- Design the user flows, wireframes and mockups of the first web application used by physicians in the first clinical trials- Helping to grow the hardware and firmware area- Creating the first user manuals- Enabling the first hardware lab for the first 500 devicesBased on the qualitative research the second version of the device was proposed.The company pivoted to create scanning booths with a more personalized user experience.

I was the second engineer in charge of developing the hardware and firmware for the first affordable, non-invasive device for early detection of breast cancer.The device required measuring breast thermal patterns to detect early-stage tumors, and my main tasks were:- Benchmarking sensors for human body temperature measurement.- Design and development of test tools for effective tumor detection- Providing technical support to the first device used in clinical trials- Coordinate efforts between design and software area- Create the first bill of materials for the first 150 devicesThe first device was presented at Y Combinator's Demo day in the summer of 2018 and consisted of a bra with 92 thermal sensors in each breast, a main controller (PIC18F42K22) that acquired thermal samples and stored them in a microSD memory. The main controller also functioned as a local embedded server to communicate via WiFi with a web app (REACTJS) used by a physician via a smartphone. The first clinical studies lasted between 5 and 10 minutes and, once successfully completed, the physician sent them via 4G to a server in the cloud to be processed by machine learning and artificial intelligence methods.Achievements: My work was key to develop a functional device in only 3 months and with it perform the first 500 clinical trials in Mexico.With a functional device, the company raised $5.1 million in fundraising at Y Combinator.

I represented Mexico in the strengthening of strategic alliances in advanced technologies between Russia, Latin America and the Caribbean. I worked on many regional projects with the president of the Chilean Robotics Association.I participated in an International forum for technological cooperation with various specialists in Robotics, Mechatronics, and Industry 4.0 of Latam and the Caribbean. Expose and create presentations on the technological panorama in Mexico (micro and macro impact).

Campus Party was since 2009 the largest technology event in Mexico. From the first edition, Icollaborated in the Staff area helping to install network systems, customer service, and solving technical problems.In the following years, I was invited as an exhibitor and speaker. I gave various conferences on: speech recognition systems, smart robotics, and artificial intelligence. I also gave educational workshops to children and young people about: electronics, mechatronics, and coding.In the last year of Campus Party in Mexico, I worked as a technology content advisor. I gathered a team of more than 25 experts related to different technological fields in Mexico and LATAM.

Initially, the company's purpose was to make more people learn to code and be interested in embedded systems.In 5 years we achieve to train more than 2500 students and more than 100 universities professors in tech skills.I established strategic relations with universities and research centers in Mexico.I organized technology and educational robotics events for children and young people.I was a mentor and sponsor of several national robotics competitionsI participated as a speaker and exhibitor in more than 50 technology events in Mexico.As CEO, I led a team of 8 engineers, 2 designers and 1 marketing.I created an active community of more than 10,000 people on Facebook.
