The product: Elena, Virtual Voice Operator for MegaFon call center.Released the Virtual Voice Operator “Elena” based on Yandex Voice AI technologies (ASR, TTS, NLU) for the Support Center of the second largest mobile phone operator in Russia with subscriber base 74.5 million users. Virtual Voice Operator now processes over 350,000 calls and 50,000 text messages per day, automation level is 63%.

The product: Yandex World MapLaunched a Yandex Map for Turkey in Turkish with the street view feature for the first time on the local market, reaching 300,000 daily active users months after launch.After that switched to a Yandex World Map product translated into 40+ languages with world-wide routing and location search.

The product: Yandex Maps API• Implemented and facilitated Agile planning and delivery processes for the team of 7 developers and 2 designers which increased transparency and stability of release cycle.• Released 2 major and about 40 minor API versions for third-party developers and for desktop Yandex maps and reached 30 million daily users on 500,000 websites worldwide in 2014 (as compared to 10 million users on 120,000 websites in 2010).• Improved a Map Constructor software for easy integration on third-party web pages, reaching 300,000 of websites using the tool in the first year.
