The product: Elena, Virtual Voice Operator for MegaFon call center.Released the Virtual Voice Operator “Elena” based on Yandex Voice AI technologies (ASR, TTS, NLU) for the Support Center of the second largest mobile phone operator in Russia with subscriber base 74.5 million users. Virtual Voice Operator now processes over 350,000 calls and 50,000 text.

The product: Yandex World MapLaunched a Yandex Map for Turkey in Turkish with the street view feature for the first time on the local market, reaching 300,000 daily active users months after launch.After that switched to a Yandex World Map product translated into 40+ languages with world-wide routing and location search.
