Current> Financial Planning and Analysis:• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts for the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.• Variance Analysis: Conduct regular variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual performance, and take corrective actions.• KPIs: Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and drive decision-making.> Team Leadership and Management:• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 20+ Accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.• Talent Development: Identify training needs, develop talent plans, and create opportunities for professional growth within the team.• Workload Allocation: Effectively allocate workloads to ensure timely completion of tasks and optimal resource utilization.• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members.> Process Improvement and Control:• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.• Control Framework: Implement and maintain a strong internal control framework to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.• Reporting Processes: Design and implement efficient reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.> Other Responsibilities:• Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as required to support business decisions.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external auditors.• Project Management: Lead and manage financial aspects of strategic projects.• Change Management: Drive change initiatives within the finance team, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
